Refund Policy

Pre-launch version — not legal advice

This policy explains how refunds work for Rielleva memberships, operated by Cauê Martins Alves de Souza. Read it before you purchase.

When to request a refund

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the relevant charge, including an initial subscription purchase or renewal. Submitting a request within this period does not guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility is assessed case by case according to applicable consumer law, Paddle’s processes, and the circumstances of the transaction.

Where the law of your country gives you greater rights than this policy, those rights prevail.

Requesting refund assistance

If you believe a payment should be refunded, contact support@rielleva.com with the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, the order or transaction reference from your receipt. Tell us briefly what happened and we will look into it and confirm the outcome by email.

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns for orders and may process or assist with a refund, so you can also raise a transaction or refund request directly through paddle.net. Where a refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling your membership from My Membership stops future renewals, and your access normally continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not create a refund for a payment already taken — if you also want a refund, request assistance as described above.

How requests are assessed

Each request is assessed individually, according to applicable consumer law, Paddle’s applicable processes as Merchant of Record, and the circumstances of the transaction — for example an accidental or duplicate charge, a renewal you did not intend, or a technical problem that prevented you from using the service. We may ask a few questions to understand what happened before confirming an outcome, and we do not promise an automatic refund in advance of that review.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country, including any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation. Those rights always apply in addition to this policy.
